Neighborhood

Location. Location. Location.

Few (if any) Seattle neighborhoods are more conveniently located – or easier to get into and out of – than Roosevelt. If you have a car, I-5 on- and off-ramps are located in the western part of the neighborhood. Car-free? In 2021, Sound Transit added the Roosevelt light rail station to the neighborhood.

‍

Roosevelt itself is packed with great entertainment-, fitness-, shopping- and dining options - check out the map below. Whole Foods Market is the neighborhood’s unofficial hub.

‍

The great part about this is that “The Manor” is smack dab in the middle of it.

‍

That freeway off-ramp? Less than a minute away.

‍

That new light rail station? A four-block walk.

‍

That Whole Foods? A whopping one block north.

‍

Forgot to mention: we have a Bike Score of 99.
